Refund Policy
Refund given with a 48-hour notice – anything after 48 hours is non refundable., but within certain circumstances a credit will be given.
Cancellation Policy
Anyone canceling within the 48-hour period will be a 2% surcharge.
Reservations
Reservations can be held without payment for up to 14 Business Days prior to the booked Show Date. If the show is near sell out, Box Office will contact Patron to confirm whether to continue to hold booking or release tickets.
Payment Policy
If booking with a Credit Card there will be a 2% Surcharge. If Booking is paid via ETransfer (lacombecowpatti@gmail.com) or by mailed Cheque, there is no Surcharge. For ETransfer, please note the date, time and number of tickets you are paying for in the memo field.
